North West Roller has harnessed the power of the rapidly changing world of Information Technology
to give maximum advantage to its customer base. The film free environment in the Design Studio uses a suite of powerful Macintosh computers networked to the proofing lab, this allows for rapid, yet flexible generation of designs prior to customer approval and laser engraving.

Designs can be accepted and originated from conventional colour copy, transparency or transmitted, via high-capacity broadband email directly to the workstation.

Design work, ammendments and colour separation are all performed by skilled and experienced operators. Utilising high resolution output via AVA CAD/CAM software, direct to laser engraving, producing accuracy of registration and a degree of detail only previously dreamt of.

North West Roller are now producing separations for gravure - woodgrain and laminates.
