Sleeves

North West Roller has invested in the technology to provide the flexographic and gravure markets with fibreglass sleeves for rubber covering, laser engraving, ESA and static elimination, plate mounting, laminating and coating. Sleeves are manufactured in house, in either conical or parallel format.

Managing director, Ian Antrobus commented, "Within the development of flexo and the move by printing machine manufacturers towards sleeve technology, we are now able to provide a fast service, manufacturing sleeves for OEMs, prepress, flexographic and gravure printing presses."

A tinting sleeve system (EASYTINT) has also been developed for inking systems as well as our own sleeve release agent to aid the fitting and removal of sleeves. Please click the links below for more information.
